Speaking of youngsters, this year the family princess Allie will be visiting us for nearly 2 months! For all of June and most of July I will be spending most of my time with Allie and plan to have her make a few cameos. For those that don't know, this family was created shortly after Allie's birth as a way for me to have friends to converse with while taking care of Allie throughout the night.
Since her birth she's been a major inspiration to me and now shes has began to create her own video games. During her time this summer I plan on sending her on an Epic Adventure and writing an article about it for Issue 6 of Gaiscioch Magazine. Her agenda this year includes a course in Blender (3D Modeling & Animation), Unity (Game engine), Ninjutsu, and she will be competing in a youth Warrior Dash here in Portland, completing the Tree to Tree ropes course, putting on her best garb for the Sherwood Robin Hood Festival and finishing the trip by attending a formal mystery dinner party. It's my hopes that our Gaiscioch Ninja Warrior Princess will either succeed me one day as leader of the Gaiscioch or build us the game we've all been searching for.
So what does this mean for you? For the months of June & July I will only be holding 2 scheduled events per week along with the Monday steamteam and we will only be having the Gaiscioch Family Summit meetings for these months. I feel we have more than enough leaders to carry on the torch. For the Magazine meeting we will schedule it for a Monday afternoon during each month.
