Here we are cruising into our third month. We have a little over 120 people continuing to play the game regularly and there certainly has been a fair share of growing Pains. All in all it's a pretty fun game but stands in it's own way a bit much for a lot of people's tastes. Things however are improving. Let's dive into some of the new improvements that have come out way.
New Features:
Alliance Communication
Launching on Nov 20th, the game released the ability to see a new Friendly Guilds chat channel which for many of us had to be enabled in the chat pain. Sadly it was not forced on by default so many people may not even know it exists yet. Hit the settings button and enable it If you haven't as this allows us to coordinate across our remaining active guilds.
Tier 2 Dungeons
This past week they also release 6 new dungeons to help you grow your guild score.
Improved LFG.
They have made it so that you can be a group of 4 and still use the party matching feature to get bonus loot from dungeons.
Community Progress
As of right now Gaiscioch Danu is typically full of players actively playing with raids on Friday Nights and active participation in the Boonstone and Riftstone wars. Gaiscioch Lugh has room and has a Sunday morning/afternoon Raid time. While it is not entirely full yet it is getting closer every day.
Our raid teams have been farming gear for the participants for a few weeks now and are starting to be able to take on tougher foes. On the Gaiscioch Ogma & Gaiscioch Dagda side we have begun migrating all players to either Danu or Lugh to help focus on those two guilds rather than trying to maintain 4.
While alliance chat has made it easier to communicate having it be turned off by default is highly problematic. You will need to go into your chat settings and enable it to see the cross guild communication. I highly recommend every does so.
As always it is recommended to hang out in Discord while playing so that you can keep in the loop with activities going on during the times your playing. In the TL Events channel in our Discord we have build an announcer that provides ample warning of Field Bosses, Arch Bosses, and World Events that are about to happen. Grab a group and some friends and head out there and have some fun.
