While the first half of the season things were for the most part quiet and many have relaxed their attendance on Territory Wars, the past few weeks have revealed one small jinx in the armor of the new season plan. Houses must have 3,000 influence in a region to attack the capital city. In addition during the capital city wars phase, the south region is unattackable which has brought all of the south contenders to our region.
Over the past few weeks, we have seen attacks from HeavenlyKingdom, LysDerFer, Homegrown, and a jokingly speed assault by Yellow turbans. The reason for this is our level 6 Fief is worth 400 Influence. A level 1 Fief is worth 150. So by taking our 1 Fief it is almost equivalent to taking 3 villages anywhere else on the map. It's a quick boost to their influence numbers. This has turned us into a target and now the fights are coming to us.
For the remainder of the season, we can expect to be under constant fire. We are on target to hit rank 8 by the end of the season which will be our highest leveled Fief ever and quite possibly the highest level village in the game ever.
Fortunately, our Fief is in a prime spot that only has 2 entrances and a very long mountainous road which consumes a lot of time and food. This makes it highly defensible and resistant to enemy attacks. I'm certain other houses will begin to grow bolder as they have in prior seasons. We can expect a bloody finale.
