This season started off with massive fights against the Cohorts, BlackhandofNOD, Vornair, and NoEvil. We managed to secure our ancestral homelands of Westweg, Mainstadt, Nordtal, and Fallenberg as we did in seasons 2 and 3. Towards the latter part of the season, we managed to take Stark and Kupferbach and hold them for our alliance. Our house would stand against several houses that came to challenge us including the Partisans and even the YellowTurbans.
Over the course of the season we managed to raise Westweg to level 6, Mainstadt to level 5, Nordtal to level 6, and Fallenberg to Level 7 giving the region a hotbed for honour gains.
On the alliance side, we adopted a new house called KeepersofLight who have been fighting alongside us for the tail part of the season. They even gave up their own Fief twice to come to our defense. To say thank you for their valor we gave them Mainstadt to call their own after what is considered the most legendary night in Gaiscioch CB history.
The Legendary Night
It all started after I banned a YellowTurbans member from the Cloudwing Valley discord. We had been seeing a wave of eastern server trolls coming over to stir up drama and a fellow by the name Booman posted some questionable things that made me believe he was another troll from the east. So I kicked them. What happened after was the #RememberBooman campaign which brought DigitalOrder and Atlas to our doorstep. There was no avoiding a war with YT any longer.
At the start of the war, YT divided up into 5-man teams to hit each of our Fiefs at the same time. However when they saw we matched them player for player they condensed into 10 man teams with attacks on Kupferbach, Westweg, and Fallenberg. KeepersofLight and Izmina's group would defend Westweg with a quick defeat of the invading YT forces. We decided to sacrifice Kupferbach to focus on defending Fallenberg which would go down to the final minutes and result in a loss. At this point, Fallenberg and Kupferbach had fallen and their forces moved in on Nordtal to begin the war there. At the same time, they hit Mainstadt in which our team scrambling to put up a defense would arrive too late and they already had pushed towards the final point.
What happened next not even YT expected. We had the entirety of the 40 man YT team stacked up sieging Nordtal. They pushed us all the way back to our final point and we began rotating in group after group of slow walkers to repeatedly slow walk the final point. At the same time, we launched three 5 man teams to take back Fallenberg, Kupferbach, and Mainstadt in the final 10 minutes of the war. All three assaults were successful even with light defense from YT.
All eyes focused on Nordtal and as we approached the final minutes we began to turn the tide. Wave after wave of YT came and died. At last, we saw a window of opportunity and took it. A small team pushed out and capped the mid-point while the rest of the team hunted down the last remaining YT and slaughtered them. We all gathered on the final point and the battle would end right as the final point approached 10% remaining. We had driven the YellowTurbans from our land and regained everything we lost. However, this night was the shot heard around the world. Houses from far and wide came to show their support. This assault in the period of one week would result in the loss of 33% of their total fiefs for a total of 50 fiefs lost.
This was an absolutely stunning victory for us and sent a clear message to everyone on the server. Gaiscioch isn't the weak training house they assumed we were. Even DigitalOrder sent their compliments to us saying they look forward to facing off with us again. The whole server was in shock and it was a massive rally call that inspired a lot of other houses to target the titan that held 60+% of the world most of the season.
Congratulations to this Seasons Nobles
This season our noble ranks went fast. This was a very rare season where we had more 1,000+ Prestige members than roles to give. I'd like to take a moment to congratulate all of our 1,000+ Prestige Members and thank them for their support this season. Every prestige we earned allowed us to take land and spawn field camps after every territory wars.

Season 7 MVP & Honorable Mentions
There were a lot of really great new additions to the family this season and so many of our former MVPs continued doing their best to protect the reputation and quality of the community. This season I wanted to bring one player into the spotlight who has been spending countless evenings coaching new players and teaching them via screenshare. I feel he has stepped up majorly this season and has proven himself a worthy recipient of our season MVP award. This season's MVP is iSecret. His commitment to building cohesion among our ranks is commendable and I look forward to many more seasons with him by our side.
Honorable Mentions
That said I feel there are a few other members that deserve a huge shout-out for their efforts this season. I'd like to give a big thank you to Erholue, Evol, iAncient, Izmina, Atram, Dorda, TheGreenRanger, Zio, and ZoogieZork for stepping up this season in a big way to help lead groups and log data for the community. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed and I feel that we have a wonderful team of knowledgeable people supporting the new players coming through our doors. I can not think of a better crew to help build our season 8 legend.
Next Seasons Marshals
Our War Marshals make up our core Territory Wars leadership and have historically been awarded to long-time members and group leaders. There are only 4 available each season so we typically award them to our members that are most often at territory wars as they are the people who can put down field camps, build siege weapons at the field camps, and declare war on fiefs. Our Season 8 War Marshals will be: Erhoule, iSecret, ZoogieZork, and Dorda.
