At the start of season 6, My.games introduced 2 new North America servers. All of the existing data was migrated to Couldwing Valley (NA-West) while the East Coast servers were opened for phased transfers.
After the first 2 waves of transfers several of the houses that were looking to get away from the mega alliances went east. However during the 3rd transfer the mega alliances moved east as well. Being this was a one way transfer and there is no lifeline to get back, those houses are now stuck in the one place they didn't want to be.
We decided to stay west and let the dust settle before making decisions we can't come back from and I'm glad we did. All of the houses that have given us grief and used us as the butt of their jokes went east. We're now left with many of the reputable houses we have come to know and love over the year and a half we've been playing.
This has allowed us to grab a big chunk of land to nurture and maintain in a very defendable location with only 2 narrow points of entry. With the snow mechanic added that slows troop movement it has become quite a defendable home and so far we're seeing payouts of more than 30k silver per week. As we improve our prosperity and upgrade our Fiefs we should see that number climb drastically.
We also have 20 weekly titles to award to our top prestige earners every week. This season is a fantastic time to come farm, turn in Fief quests and build up your warbands. Being in the Borderlands were also getting a wealth of the epic supplies only found in the Borderlands. Next season we will likely be back in Osteria looking to secure our corner. We will likely see a lot more combat next season so let's get geared up and ready.
