For 18 seasons, we have adopted a house to run at our side as we look out for them while they learn the ropes. Along the way, we found ourselves often being pulled directions we didn't care to go and ended up dealing with problems we couldn't solve on our own. In season 19 we're looking to find our voice, focus, and build new traditions.
This season we will just be allied with ourselves and focus on building some new Gaiscioch traditions. Going back to our roots in the Dark Age of Camelot. Next season we will be migrating all of our veterans back into GaisciochDubh leaving a handful of coaches in Gaiscioch to help pick out the brightest new additions to join our war stacks.
New members will enter through the Gaiscioch doorway and be introduced to the community. Our leaders will do our best to get them into Discord, register for our Website, and update their numbers on our war plan. They will be given a Task by their stack leader. This will be something like "Gain Mastered Imperial Spear Guards" and when they complete this task they will be welcomed into GaisciochDubh at our weekly Tuesday Pre-War Rally.
In addition, we encourage all members who are over level 1,000 to display the White Tiger icon to symbolize that you are a veteran and have experience playing the game so that new players know who they can approach for advice and assistance.
Throughout the next season, I'd like to streamline our processes, gain 40-50 active territory war participants, and have a good grasp at defending villages and towns as we head into season 20. Our goal by season 20 is to be in a place where we can hold our own in another alliance. We will likely bring 2 new allies into the fold in Season 20 as we prepare for the next chapter of our community. I believe we can forge ourselves into a much stronger force over the next year and be able to resist some of these top-tier houses. It will take organization and practice but I am certain we can pull it off.
