A Season For The History Books

This season has by far been one of our most successful seasons to date. We began with a plan to establish our base in familiar lands and upgrade everything instead of relying on expansion. While villages proved more difficult than expected, our towns flourished. In the end, we completed the season upgrading 4 towns to level 7 and 1 town to level 8. This was the first rank 8 towns on Cloudwing Valley and a testament to our commitment to building an empire that's worth something. 

For Hibernia!

As an alliance, we saw some explosive growth this season bringing all 3 houses to the forefront. The final weeks of the season showed an 80% activity rate for GaisciochDubh and a 65% activity rate for Gaiscioch. ODIN continues to have a fully stacked roster and serves as our vanguard against invaders in the north. All in all this season has unified our community and brought all three houses glory and honor. Next season we will be aiming to have 3 even slices of pie to reward all 3 houses equally.

The Battles of Season 11

The season started rough as we found ourselves staring out with far fewer troops than we had at the conclusion of season 10. We fought against NoEvil early on which set us back quite a bit but did not break us. They left the following war and we regained our land. After that things got real for us and we started building a stronger front now, seeing what can happen if we get lazy. Through the rest of the season, we skirmished cohorts and slowly expanded our reach through diplomacy and careful planning to take AI-owned fiefs.

One night in May we were hit with a full-scale assault from the Partisans which resulted in 7 battles across 5 fiefs. We managed to win every single one of those fights and send them packing. Our ability to build territories is complemented by our ability to defend them.  We put out some great battles this season and I look forward to the next.
