"This was my second run with Kraas. The first time was Saturday and we were getting kicked around Blue Borderlands very badly. Despite the somewhat demoralizing thrashing we were getting as a server, Kraas led us with a calm, cool, and pleasant style that kept it fun. On Sunday when things were going a bit better for the Sanctum of Rall team in WvW, Kraas showed the same calm and upbeat style. That Kraas shows dignity and calm in the bad times as well as the good times is a true testament to his good nature and leadership. Thanks for leading us and I look forward to more adventures in world vs. world."
