Looking for reliable VPS host

Anyone know of any good, reliable but relatively inexpensive VPS hosting options? I've tried a bottom of the barrel cheap host and I've gotten the kind of service you'd expect of course. I'm looking for something with:

• 1 -1.5 GB RAM
• 80-120GB HD
• at least 100GB of bandwidth
• Around a $15-$20 a month price point

If anyone knows of any good ones that fit the bill, please let me know. I'm getting barely 80% uptime with my current host (I even sat through one block of 10 total hours of downtime over the course of 14 hours).

I know countless people on and trust https://www.linode.com/

https://www.digitalocean.com/ is quickly gaining a mass amount of people and they've done very well.  I'd look of reviews on this one though, Linode is tried and tested.
