looks good i had to leave lastnight after only 20 min due to being so laged my messages in chat took 1 min to show up and all the ablities i hit didn`t work until 1 min later after i used them . kinda annoyed i normaly get a little lag but nothing like that i couldn`t even respawn after death for a good minute . if it continues looks like i`m done with gw2 for awhile as i have no intrest in pve dungeons or grinding fractals , have 2 lkvl 80 and a 71 still haven`t run 1 instance or a fractal yet hehe . WvWvW is where it`s at pve is that way -----------> :D
Awesome video! And that fight was totally epic – I had *so* much fun! I have to admit I might have gone "SQUEE!" when I spotted my little Guardian about 0:27 into the video...
that was an awesome fight for sure! thanks for posting the video:)
It was an amazing fight. Didnt we hold thru 2 ticks? i seem to remember we did.
Yeah I make a cameo on the vid and a speaking part! Go me!
That fight was a lot longer than 12m, we held for roughly 3 ticks (aka ~45m). :D
one thing i have not seen us do , is to have guardians with hammer and staff to chain drop in rotation banish from hammer the circle that vlocks anyone passing thru it and the staff ablity that drops a wall and does the same .
in theory you can have a few do a rotation on a downed wall or a gate etc and completly keep them out of the tower, keep etc
you can also drop the circle on mesmer portal exits and trap them and do a reverse portal bomb lol

Ooh, I like the way you think, @Dirkdaring :)
Dirkdaring... I'm a guardian and a staff is one of my primary weapons. We use the wall of warding, sanctuary, and wall of reflection frequently to make a bottleneck smaller or block it entirely. In fact, I was at the fight shown in the video above and used my staff for the majority of the battle. I was regularly using wall of reflection and wall of warding to try and limit the enemy's avenues of attack.
As for the hammer skills, I find them a bit overrated. Mainly due to incredibly short durations and the ability to be dodged.
