Great Tyrian Adventure Season 4 - Coming Soon

Greetings Everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to start coordinating the team to prepare for Great Tyrian Adventure season 4. If you would like to help out please be sure to reply to this post and keep posted for new information. 

Format:

24 Events, 12 PvE Events, 12 WvW Events

Prizes:

3 Legendaries, 3 Precursors, 10 Ascended Kits, 50 Fulls Sets of Exotic Armor, 120 Exotic Weapons

Launch Date Plans:

I believe this is going to be best launched after the new year as if we launch it now there will be 4 weeks that we will have to skip because of scheduling. It would be better to kick off the new year with this event. Additionally the Guild Halls are going to eat most of our resources and we want to make sure to focus on getting them upgraded asap before we try to fundraise this endeavor.

So: Q1 2016

Is it 3 months or 6 months in length?

Question Fog: Are you planning on running 1 event a week or 2?

Just 1 event per week. Not taking time off work this time lol

Regarding timeframe might actually reduce it to 6 and 6 until we het eyes on new content cycle for arenanet. So either 3 or 6 months duration.

My thoughts are that 6 months would be a tad too long, especially if you do it like last time, where the big rewards were at the end, and attendance credit was cumulative.
