Little over four months. I think I can handle the wait! I am very excited =)

I loved the new trailer! I saw some interesting weapons and spell effects. Need to submit my April vacation time now ;)

Let the countdown begin. We have juat under 4 months to prepare! Soldiers to arms!

I have to admit to being wrong. I honestly thought the earliest release would be June, and said so in another thread. Honestly, I wish the release were about 6 weeks later, to coincide with the end of semester.

I did say April, didn't I ... Okay, it was a shot in the dark, LOL

Well Morrowind was launched on 10-10-01, Oblivion on 5-05, Skyrim 11-11-11 pretty good guess for 4-4-14 ;) Elder Scrolls loves to market it's dates :)

That's neat, I didn't know Morrowind and Oblivion had release dates like that too.  I was guessing it would release in May, so it's like getting released a month early in my mind, haha.  Awesome!

Haha I called this release date to the day because as someone said up above, they love their easily marketable release dates. It was either 4-4-14 or 4-14-14 (which is an anagram :P). 

Awesome I look forward to trying it out. Being in on launch and maybe getting to join in on some real realm vs realm combat with a good guild sounds like fun. I really hope they can pull this off.

I'm surprised they didn't go with 1-4-14 actually.  Then again, that could be misinterpreted as an April fools joke in parts of the world that read day-month-year.

Great news!  Now, all we have to do is...wait!

Let's see now.  What will be the open beta release date?  Now that the product release date has been announced we have to speculate on something!  What is the final guild size restriction?  How many people in Cyrodiil at a time? Number of each faction in Cyrodiil at a time, etc?  It's fun to speculate when and what each of these will be, after all anticipation is often time as good as the game itself, unfortunately for some games it is also sometimes better than the actual release.  Don't think ESO will fall into the later category, thank heavens.

I was blow away with several of the numbers they mentioned in the post.

1.  The number of people that were in the last beta was I believe they said 300,000!  

2.  Over 4 million people signed up for Beta!

Wow, hope the latter don't all try to log in on opening day.  Talk about server lag, etc. Smile

Anyway, we at least have something to look forward to on a specific date!

Am worried they are rushing the game out to market.  Let's hope the  game runs in April with no hiccups like other MMO's.

With an April release date I would guess there might be additional open betas coming.

I'm curious as to what the collectors edition ( if they have one ) will include. They recently announced a collectible statue preorder. Perhaps something along those lines? Personally I would love a really nice map made out of fabric. I don't know why I get excited about maps, but I do. An in game cosmetic item would be nice as well. Or all of the above!

I can't wait lol.  I need something new :)  The AvA video looks really good.  I like the what I see as far as "Castle Storming/Keep Taking" goes.  It reminds me of a newer version of how DAoC used to be.  Brings back lots of good memories.  Hope to make new ones with you guys!!

This sounds great! Looking forward to 4.4.14, although I might also get it for XboxOne (first I have to get one of those) on June since that's my birthday month :D

But I'm really excited to do the countdown with all the Family and join some epic adventures I bet we'll have! Also wondering what the collector edition (if available) will contain, I'm guessing some kind of collectible like maps or figures :)
