Looking for casual ESO playing partner

Good Afternoon All:

Middle aged casual family member looking for a playing buddy for ESO for a few weeks as I/we level up. I am currently level 8 and going through at a pretty casual pace. I plan on doing mostly PvE, light Ava with the family, and trying to learn the crafting and other systems. I am cooperative and friendly and live in the CST. I usually have a couple of hours between 6 and 9pm weekdays and more time on weekends. Of course not looking to tie down or make it rigorous, just to pair up for some adventuring.  If you are interested in a friendly 'buddy up' , pm me. Just realized this sounds like a personal ad ;)

I aso play in the CST zone though I usually don't get on till around 9:30pm -10pm during the week depending on the day (and what events I'm running in GW2) and slightly earlier on weekends. Feel free to hit me up if you see me online... I know I've been struggling to get myself to lvl 10 <<

I'll shoot you guys some friend request when I get home.  I play CST also and usually on anywhere between 7pm to 10pm during the weekdays.

This game is NOT casual friendly, if you need help in a quest, that person must be at the same part of the quest and take the same choices you have...

Questing isn't the only thing to do though.  We can group up to go collect nodes for crafting, exchange crafted items for deconstructing to earn xp.   Explore for skyshards.  Explore maps and locations for the fun of it.   Kill everything in our path along our way.   I think there is a lot to do for the casual player.  

It is a problem and I agree with you though that we can't help each other with quest unless we start, finish and chose the same exact options. 

I'm so casual at present that I'm constantly in danger of hitting the activity barrier. =/

But... when I am on, I'm available! :)

I have seen many folks asking for partners or static groups of like minded people and it has made me think about how I have changed over the last decade plus of MMORPG playing. Mealla, my wife, and I play at a pace that has other players jumping over us and running circles around us. First of all, we read! We read everything and like to stop and look around too. I'm guilty of being cautious and careful about going into combat rather than the rush 'em style practiced by so many others. We like the excitement of battle but do not enjoy a heart-pounding wild run of non-stop killing and jumping and running from point to point with a war cry of "git 'er done"! This is an RPG not a race to the finish sprint!

OK I made my point but what I wanted to say was that we are also guilty of being shy of grouping because so many are of the mind set I described and I have to say I agree with Kitty that the way this game handles "phasing" and non-repeatable questing, it does not help!

In the past I have lead small guilds and many groups and we are looking forward to many years of building friendship with everyone and sharing in the fun and adventure daily throughout the many activates available to us all, including grouping teamwork, with Honor, Respect, Integrity, and Friendship lighting the way!

I'm in CST and very casual. Well I don't stop and read (I mark books I find and try and catch up to what I've read on my commute (yay Wiki (there's even an app))) 

I'll group w/ you (tried cheese mongers hollow and was totally smeared).
