@Fog and Elders, Guild Invites

Saw this on the ESOUI site and remembering the cries of lamentation over endless guild invites figured this might be useful.

In its current implementation it would require one to manually add each account to the .lua file via text editor.  Certainly better than typing each name into game though.

TreWa Guild Import 

So here is my first addon. A little utility that will help guildmasters of pre-release guilds to automate invitations to the guild.

After installing the addon you have to open the "TreWaGuildImport.lua" file in a texteditor. In the first 4 lines you will find the following:

Here you have to change the red values in the second line to hold the list of your guild instead of @account1 and @account2. And in the fourth line change MuhKuh with the name of your guild (This guild has to be created ingame manually).

After setting up the "TreWaGuildImport.lua" file and your guild. Start or reload the addon. It will then invite all accounts on the list above into your guild.

We investigated this however, we use a load balancing system to make sure that all 4 subrooms are equal in size. A mod can not read from our database and see where each invite needs to go. We've used this system for years and it is effective. If we were 1 guild it would be easy, however we are 5. I do think this is a Fantastic Script for guilds to use. Awesome job creating it.
