It is definitely more than 100. It might only be around 100 by the time you hit 50, but then there is all the veteran stuff in the other two alliances you go through. So you can get a good deal of points from the other two alliances to help fill in and reach a couple hundred easy.
The other thing is you might not want to try to flesh out every skill on all three class lines. After all, at L15 with weapon swap you still only have 10 skill slots and 2 ultimate slots at any given time and you might want to mix in some weapon skills too. With morphing before 50 you will only need 2 skill points per each skill you take - one to get it and one to morph it. So it is a matter of picking what options you want on your character for the first two weapon sets and then maybe working to more if you like. Only skills on the active bar will increase in strength.
I think it is quite reasonable to have a strong character for fighting and work on two crafts at once, but that is all up to you. This game really will let you build the way you want to play. Sure some setups are more viable than others with the game, but the game allows you to even have a solo and a group setup of how you do your skills as you grow. There is that much flexibility.
