As the healer on the right side I actually did bash a little bit when things were going crazy on our first attempt. Our second attempt went very well. Only issues I have myself is making sure I hit the right button and that gets off at times since my hands don't work right in the first place! At least actually feeling the keys to know they are positioned right. =) I know I did a couple wrong key hits during the fight.
For right sometimes it is best do a quick recheck of who is going where to disrupt and which DPS is the "floater" to help kill and interrupt before engaging the fight. Baically there as as positioned from the entrance to the area:
- Far Left - all the way across and on the left
- Near Left - closer to the entrance on the left
- Far right - all te way across on the right
- Near right - closer to the entrance on the right.
When it is called out the split is happening you move to these locations and you know where they are going to pop because pool of fire lands where they will pop up in the split.
Only the DPS not assigned to a location should be the second on any of the mobs. It should be noted who this is so the person designated to a mob and this person comes to help, doesn't get confused and backs off. As soon as a split mob dies, move to help the next one around the square. Usually the one the floater is assisting with on DPS will go down first so the floater and designee for the dead one can split to help dougle team two others and then move on to the last one.
We pretty much did this on our second try at this boss on the right. It would have been smoother on the first try if people had really been set better to know which split mob to jump on.
NOTE: Right side, the thing that gets us the most when we have the interrupting in hand is the meteors so do your best to keep the spinners interrupted, but get out of the red if you are a little on the squishy side. I did my best to heal, but noticed I couldn't always save someone getting a little extra beating. I know the first try was more due the spinners not being interrupted, but I think the one death on the second was actually the meteors.
