My initial thoughts.

The family is an ever changing group with the same ideals and goals. The goal to get on and have fun while being in good company. After participating in several events I'm impressed by the leadership while feeling relaxed enough to talk to people.

Simlar to the way I lead my guild with the servant leadership style, (lead by serving) I just appreciate being a part of something I can help be a part of.
