Well they took away the stat ones yes. But they are considering putting them back in. As for the reason why, Cinder told me on vent the other day that Trion promised not to pigeonhole a person's choice by making some races better for certain classes. Which I think is a pretty cool idea, altho the number of male dwarves might be a tad low.
