1.11 Recipe and item changes

I see there are many changes to items and recipes with 1.11.  I was going to start to edit items to update the marketplace however some of the changes now use items that are not listed in the system.  Should we wait until Fog returns to start with any updating?

Don't update till 1.11 goes live

It was today's patch.
