HOORAY!! Back in business.

After much wailing and gnashing of teeth - I now have cable, electricity, and phone again.

I live in a tropical rain forest and one of our 200 trees took out our feed lines from our lovely over land telephone poles.

Well apparently - you need 15 different agencies to handle each inch of the repair - sheesh.

Long story short, cable and electric are back, phone maybe by monday.

Apologies for crifting Friday and my fantastic GP/DH group. I need to get someone's cell phone one day - felt like such a boob not being able to tell anyone what had happened. I am sure some wonderful person picked up the reins as usually happens in this family - a salute you even though I dont know who did yet : ).

Party to go to tonite (bleh) - but should be back in game tomorrow. Miss you all.

Jexia and I and well everyone was sure something had to have happened. Jexia did a great job leading and I managed to haphazardly have defiant out there. ::chuckles:: Glad it is just trees and lines that could be fixed with no major damage to the house and definitely no injuries to you and yours. =) PS we have been stealing all your shinies while you were gone. MUWHAHAHA

Typing from my mom's house in south alabama- we had a relapse of issues at the house and lost electricity again - wiring. This has been a very expensive and time consuming debacle. Hubby says we do have power again,but no cable. CJ and I are headed back to Birmingham this morning - cable guy spose to be there at 2. Lol's - considering hiring a tree company to gut my back yard : ). And of course I am catching heck from the hubby - "who was it who just HAD to have lots of trees in their yard?" Poop head. See you guys soon - I hope.

TWO HUNDRED trees on your property? Good grief lol. Glad you're back!!! (you need to keep the ones near the lines trimmed back severely or make 'em gone)
