Somehow the word editor is missing in creating new topics. After the topic is created, you could go ahead and edit it. The WYSIWYG definitely makes pasting updates from other sites a much simpler affair, especially those with complicated HTML.

Wondering if you might have a Java script blocker enabled. Wysiwyg is working fine for me.
