Adding Additional Characters

Greetings all! I have a question regarding additional characters.  My initial registration ironically was for one of my lowbies in Rift (Synj), compared to the chars I play most often / craft / register for events. 

I've crafted in-game and just used Synj here to accept the orders for now - but how do I get my additional characters into the "Unclaimed"list?

The guild file is parsed fairly often. Looks like the latest one was this morning. Go take a look if your other guilded characters are now present.
