GW2 - Large Bag Orders

I have tried to fill a few of the large bag orders (20 slot) but each time I contact the person who placed the order to request they send me the Rune, they have no idea what I mean by that.  It does clearly show in the upper left hand side of the page when you place your order that the Rune "Must Be Provided By Player".

 Is there some way to highlight this more for someone at order time?  A popup confirmation pointing it out to the buyer before final order placement?  A system mail to the buyer that they will be contacted for their player provided goods and be ready for it?

Those are just 2 ideas, I am sure there are other good ways as well.

It already says in their mail they receive that they need to send the rune to the person who claimed the order, plus on your pending orders list on the right side it shows "Pending delivery of [ITEM] to [CRAFTER]". If people can't read their going to have a lot of problems getting their orders filled. We don't reward lazy here.

I would recommend also adding the 15 slot bags to require the rune to be provided by the player, since they cost 50s which is still somewhat expensive to ask crafters to provide and there seems to be a great number of 15 slot containers work-orders to be filled.

Here's the email i got for ordering one and having don claim it: Greetings Foghladha, Your request for 1 20 Slot Hardened Leather Pack has been taken by Donaliam.8325. Please allow 1 to 14 days to complete the order. If after 14 days Donaliam.8325 is unable to fulfill the request it will return to the active open workorders list. Please send 1 Superior Rune of Holding to Donaliam.8325 as soon as possible for them to complete the order. Bishok I kind of agree with you. I'm level 65 on my main and can make 15 slots bags, but still haven't even made one for myself as I can't afford the 50 silver per bag yet. So I agree this is a difficult order to fill at that price, but also difficult for people who are leveling to afford. I am still making do with 8 slot bags and manage ok so far.

yes I am necro'ing a thread for this because over the past week I have claimed a couple orders that people have made and get mail back stating that it was to be crafter provided materials (they thought the rune was provided) . It is a common misunderstanding. Please read your mail and recipes when you order more carefully. I also didn't want to make a whol;e new thread on a topic that has obviously been adressed repeatedly.
