Error in Rift Marketplace

I'm seeing an issue in the Rift Marketplace both last night and today on two different computers.  All of the available work orders show "character not found" under the "Send Item To" column.  I am at work at the moment and so have not tried claiming a ticket to send an order to anyone to see if the name shows up after accepting the order or not.  Just thought I'd bring it to someone's attention.

For what it's worth, both machines run windows 7 Professional 64-bit and google chrome browser.

Similar thing I spotted in GW2 marketplace. A lot of character names (including mine) have disappeared and replaced with the account name only). I'm sure it's just a glitch ;o)

No GW2 is going by ArenaNet ID because character names can be the same on multiple servers and your mail to a character name can go to someone else not you. Account Names are non-duplicate. All GW2 request will use Account Name from here on out.

Fogh, is there some way to update my account name from beta to retail (because those of us with a retail box got an updated number)? I'm not sure it affects anything on GSCH website, as everything is still working.

Yes. Mouse over your name in the top left and select "Edit Profile" or on the Homepage Mini Profile. The ArenaNet ID is CRITICAL for any guild wars 2 member. Marketplace uses it, eventually we will sync by it. Invites use it. If your ID is not correct you will have MAJOR problems as a member of our family.

I did not see anywhere to edit the ID, that's why I asked. It's still using my beta ID. EDIT: Found it.

The names are still missing for items on your workbench.

I'll fix that one too when I get home.

Maybe it's just me, but my Rift-marketplace is back to showing 'send item: character not found' for claimed items on the workbench.

Character not found is showing again for many Rift marketplace orders. Also, I cannot choose a character for placing orders (drop down is not populated).

I too am seeing the same issues as Naay. I have tried logging out, clearing my browser cache, logging back in and have the same result. If you browse to an item in the marketplace, chose order item, you are unable to select a character to send it to. Where the character select usually is it simply says, "Claim a Character". I have also heard of others, today, having orders claimed that indicate they were claimed by "character not found". Just trying to be helpful. I know you'll have it whipped into shape in short order. :) Thanks Fogh! ~J~

Fog - Not sure if this is of interest, but I was trying to edit one of my events and change the "official roster" list. Each of the 4 Groups has drop down lists to choose names of players. Previously, I had all of the group slots filled, but when I went into edit those lists, there were only a few names showing, and the others were blank. When I tried to find Jevic in the list, he wasnt there. Only 3 of the 20 Names show up, Sri, Portdace, and Tarayan, the other 17 slots are all showing "None" Clicking the Event from the calendar still shows all 20 names on the roster.
