A little help with an event I lead

On Sunday, I put together a group of 4 of us to help Tisk conclude her pants quest.  I've stepped through the claim leadership portion and it's pretty intuitive but I'm unable to locate an option for that particular elite.  For now I've put it down as the only elite in Ember Isle listed (Gargonot) but am wondering what I should select in such circumstances (didn't see a quest option) and whether I need to edit this event (or not) to make sure it holds the appropriate value, or even if this qualifies as an "event."

Hmmm... I'm also now seeing that I cannot choose a time in the past for when the event occurred.  No matter what I choose, the event gets marked as having occurred this morning :(

To complicate the matter (sorry Fog!), I apparently broke something. Both my "Family Honor Points" and my "Valor Points" are showing a big pink "ERROR".

There's a button to fix the error. I never got a full list of the diamond / named elites so all I have available are the ones that were passed on. We used to have a form to enter these but people weren't paying attention when they entered stuff and it just became more work to clean up than it was worth. So now I do it myself when I get lists.
