Hello All!
It has passed a long time from last time I led raid training. It became harder and harder to get people on raid training. So I'm ready to bring them back.
Details:
- Must be level 80 character
- Full exotic gear based of the character role in raid. Any Ascended gear is considered bonus
- Ascended trinkets and weapons takes priority and armour set comes as secondary
- Food and Utility buff must be used based on your role in raid

Event is normal 2 hour run and I will try to remember have a break in middle of run so if I keep forgetting, just remind me :)
Roles:
1 x Tank (most of the fights needs tank to keep aggro from boss)
1 - 2 x Healers
1 - 2 x Boon givers
Rest of the group DPS (It will be either condi or power DPS which depends on boss)
If you are interested raids, but haven't participated yet then this event is for you. Now this event will start as introduction/training for raids, but in due time
I would very much like turn event into progression raids.
But to do that it requires few things from participants and that is that you are willing to try out new roles in raid group and as many know any kind of end game
content revolves around metabuilds etc as they are usually tried out and tested true pro raiding groups. They simply work and makes raids easier. And that of course
requires people to change their gear around. Now everyone knows meta tends to change usually when balance patches are implemented into the game. Now I'm
not expecting people to change their build everytime meta changes and if your favorite toon meta build changes. If you can do that, that will be great of course.
But it isn't required, because I'm fairly sure that even older meta build will work just fine. It doesn't have to be optimal.
Of course build doesn't guarantee that you will automatically win the raids. Second part of the raids or any end game content, is the mechanics. Now you can have
latest metabuild. Best gear what you can get and still won't get raid kills. If you don't understand mechanics and you step every bad circle, you will go down during
the fight or even die and if you happen to die in raids, it is permanent until whole squad is dead.
So build and knowing the fight leads to victory. Now on raid training, I will be using addon called ArcDPS, which can measure people DPS plus tons of other stuff
during raids. This tool will be used to measure progress on raid training. It is also helpful for participants how effective they are in raids and you can also see on where
you need to improve.

As this is 10-man squad content so if you want to have spot in squad, please sign up for the event beforehand. I will fill squad first from signups and then from guild after
I have announced the event on it. It will be first come first serve -kind of thing. Of course if we start having a lot of people so that we could fill even two squads then
of course we can even make two squads which means I will be needing co-trainer. If we get something like couple over 10 people then I might need to rotate people
in middle of the run.

Events
First event will happen on Friday 20th of November 2pm PST
If necessary I will adjust the time. I will have some wiggle room either way.
Bosses
I will rotate bosses and depending how well we are doing, we might train couple of bosses on event.
Vale Guardian - Wing 1 first Boss
Escort - Wing 3 (not exactly boss. Easiest raid encounter of all raids)
Cairn - Wing 4 first boss
Mursaat Overseer - Wing 4 second boss
Samarog - Wing 4 third boss
These will be in our immediate training schedule. Now depending of progress we will adjust the list and change different bosses. There are currently 7 raid wings. Wings 5 - 7 are bit advanced raids compared to Wing 1 - 4.
However with time and practice we can get there.
So hopefully you are able and willing to participate. Let's have some fun!
