Slayer Achievements

Hi all.

I'm starting to farm the slayer achievements, (need 6,000 achievement points). I wanted to ask a few questions to get a better idea of what the easiest and hardest slayer titles are (aside from giants), and what areas/zones are easiest to farm a given title at/from.

Any and all help is appreciated.

I maxed or came close to a few of them just through the course of following the story line. Zhaitans Bane is by far the quickest to max if you are able to get to the Ruins of Orr. That is all there is down there! Ascalon is good for ghosts.
