Okay fellow family members this phishing e-mail I received today is just too funny to not share!

I imagine they are not English speaking as a primary language and used a translator which is why some of the sentence structure is off. But the misspelling of the Subject line is just too funny.

In the spirit of a PSA for everyone, links as written in text of the email do not necessarily have to match their destination. i.e. Dummy Link to Google Obviously the URL "Dummy Link to Google" will not work in your browser and if you mouse over the link you'll see what URL the link actually points too. The easiest technique I've adopted to detect these scams is to mouse over the links of these very emails and see that the URL doesn't point to a safe domain.

Thanks for that tip.... My friend in IT told me... Never click on a link in an email and that is what I do. I may miss out on a few things, but I have also missed out on some nasty viruses. But I daw what you mean and now I just have another tool in my box. Thanks.
