A few months ago I came across a Reddit thread that talked about people who have been having long loading times even though earlier in the game's history they didn't have nearly as bad of a problem.
I've listened to a few people in RC complain about long loading times recently when, I assume, before they weren't as bad. I'd highly suggest you take a look at this thread:

This 'fix' won't hurt your game at all. The most it'd do it wipe your username/password (so you'll have to retyped them in) and wipe your graphics settings (so you'll have to redo those as well).
Many people have done this and a lot have had drastic improvement (especially if you have the same install from early release or open beta.)
I did it and it cut basically all my loading times in half. It DOES culminate though - which means that patch after patch it seems to make the loading times worse but at least for awhile it should improve things.
Read the thread. Read the user experiences. It's an easy easy fix. If you're worried something will go wrong then just rename the file instead of deleting it. No guarantees it'll work for everyone but as you can see from the responses, quite a few people showed drastic improvements.
