update for march 26th gw2

Looks like they are also changing the way the mega boss chests work as cited here:

 its going to be once per day per account for rares but you can still get chests on every character.

Well I'm going to be leveling up Supply and my siege attack...

I think with my Trebwork I might need to get the +Damage from siege.
