so right now i am playing with the build that uses signets. when you hit level 20 u want to spend all ten poitns into arms and get deep strike trait, as for signets use healing signet,signet of fury,signet of might, and for great justice. so at 20 i had about 440 precision which gave me 107% chance for crits which is awsome. every level the chance will go down by about 5% but its still more then enough. at level 80 with this build with general gear i had 83% crit chance. ill post my intended build for lvl 80 later
