Housing Donations

Do we have a designated person to throw our housing Gil at?

For Echoes, we're trying to hold off on transferring gil for FC housing until such a time as the prices come down to affordable/realistic levels (so please hold on to your hard-earned donations for now). :]

We want to limit the amount of time such a large sum of donated gil remains in the FC chest (or on any FC member's account), so as to minimize the potential of losing it through hacked accounts, thieves, etc.

I guess Ill hold on to that 20k I've been saving. lol.   In my defense, I did just start playing last week =)

The great housing debacle of 2013 shows no signs of ending, however we are waiting for further comment from SE. Perhaps the ridicule and derisive articles popping up on many MMO sites will provide the much needed catalyst for price lowering. Or maybe the sheer weight of the current forum furore will be taken on board by Yoshi and co.

Whatever happens, the waiting game is the most prudent tactic currently. I am hoping prices will be realigned, since even the rich are not buying much. 

Take a stroll through Excalibur's desolate housing areas, and watch the tumbleweed! It seems ironic that SE's thinly veiled attempt to mask server capacity issues has created empty housing zones....sigh....

We are still very keen on buying a house, and will post when the time nears so we can all have a chat about it and sort out donations.  But for now, we watch like waity things!
