Yes, you can reset your skill points and your attribute points for a fee. It is fairly expensive.
FYI it's 100gold per skill point at this time.
Ouch...
But I suppose since there's 300+ skill points out there to be had they figure you don't need to be switching them around unless you're very desperate.
