Top Skills question

I would like fellow guild members views about the following

if you could list the skill, class specialization/weapon, PvE or PvP i will edit the above table as a quick lookup so we can see what skills are most useful in various roles, also any skill ideas i have missed out comments are welcome, this is not designed to be a list of must have skills just a resource so we can make informed choices about builds and skills for our hot bars in the 2 main roles of PvE or PvP

I only really PvE, so this is for that.

Taunt - up close, one hand and shield, Puncture morphed to Pierce Armor

Taunt - ranged, Undaunted, morphed to Inner Fire, Inner Rage

Execute - Dawn's Wrath (Templar), Radiant Destruction morphed to Radiant Oppression

Self Heal - Restoring Light (Templar), Rushed Ceremony morphed to Breath of Life (for groups) or Honor the Dead, both are nice. 

Self Heal 2 - Restoring Light (Templar), Radiant Aura morphed to Repentance. 

Interrupt 1 - Bow - Poison Arrow morphed to Venom Arrow

Interrupt 2 - Destruction Staff (fire) - Destructive Touch morphed to Destructive Clench
