As I'm sure many of us here in Gaiscioch get from time to time, I've been super swamped lately, between working overtime on saturdays lately and summer activities, as well as baseball season (go a's!)  I find myself struggling to find much time to play these past few weeks.  Has anyone else been feeling the same? Or maybe the opposite, perhaps you cant find time to sleep because youre playing so much?   Im interested in everyones thoughts on this topic

Summer is always tough juggling priorities and time.  Most of my play time has been on weekends with the infrequent weeknight session...not so much because I don't want to play, but i've been making time in the evenings to do stuff with the family more lately.  I have a ton of outdoor yard projects scheduled this summer, and want to spend some time on my motorcycle when the weather's nice, and working with my dogs so they aren't such heathens all the time.

Play when you can...Love Life....and it's all good.

My girlfriend and I live together, a blended family with kids from both sides. She's not a gamer, and so I find it difficult to justify playing as often as I'd like. Certainly not because I don't enjoy spending time with her, lol, but I truly enjoy playing ESO and look forward to becoming a more active member of this community.

Not intending to hijack this thread, does anyone in a similar situation have advice for being a gamer in a relationship with a non-gamer?

I don't have much time to play either lately.  Stuck on 30s level for a while.  I just play a little whenever I find some time.  In this pace, ESO is going to take me a long long time to get to end game.  As long as I still find it enjoyable, all is fine.

I'm in the midst of busy time at work so I'm generally just too tired to play when I get home, add to that trying to schedule around my leveling groups RL stuff and we're getting nowhere fast in ESO for sure.  I don't think we've even leveled at all for like a week or two.

I'm not personally too worried about it cause I'm more interested in the AvA and this gives the game time to settle out - seems like all games go through this super hyped period after launch then a bunch quit around the time subs hit - so I figure by the time I get into AvA it'll be mostly folks that'll be sticking around and therefore good to make friends/foes with :P

I've found that since my son was born (almost 2 years ago) I've had significantly less time to play than I normally would. I just suck it up and deal with it. Do I get to play as much as I want? No, but I certainly have fun with my son when we spend time together (and of course have plans to play games with him when he gets older). For me, I think the main issue is a feeling of always being behind. I'm only level 19 and always want to get to max level and see everything. It's difficult at times to just remind myself to just play and have fun.

That's what's so great about this guild - it caters to all sorts so it's ok to be a casual gamer.  Now that I'm all grown up and in the real world I can no longer /stick to someone for 6 hours of an ML raid and study (so miss DAOC's /stick command).  The work world has definitely cut down on my free time.  My highest toon is almost 30, and lately I've been so busy I haven't even been able to make almost any of the guild AVA events.  For me though, summer usually slows down at work, so hopefully I'll be able to play a little more.
