So the the achievements for completing all the quests in a zone are now showing zero quests done for all Ebonheart zones.
Is anyone else see this?

Yea, just about everyone is getting this since the Craglorn release.
Known issue. Your stats are all in the database but there is a known issue with the interface showing them. They will show up once they have the interface talking to the database correctly. No ETA as of yesterday on the their forums on this topic, but they have known about it breaking since the patch last Thursday and let everyone know that at least they know and are working on it.
Guess I need to pay more attention to the patch notes.
It wasn't so much a patch note thing, as something that people quickly noticed so that it was an almost immediate known issue on their forums... if I remember right.
Also, don't worry too much. You got a question, here there will probably be answers!

Besides the zones zeroing out in achievements I also noticed I got exploration XP for visiting places I had been already (after the patch). I /bugged that as well - probably related :)
