Helping with Provision Surplus

I have an addon ShuChef I think that shows what ingredients go with which recipe but you have to have the recipe first in order for it to register.  I would like to clean up my bank space but I have a lot of ingredients that I am not sure if I should keep or toss.  I really only want the V5 ingredients in my bags.  Does anyone have a list of ingredients and what they are used in or is there a better addon out there.  Worst case I could list it all out here and maybe one of our crafting fiends will know if i should toss or keep it.

I'm not sure that these are complete (or even accurate, as I only just found them & haven't used them yet), but these are some Google Docs spreadsheets I found referenced in other forums.

Lists recipes, what faction they're from, level, ingredients, etc.

Provisioning Materials List
Lists ingredients, type, rank, tier, etc. (no mention of what recipes they're used in)

I have the same problem as you and am hoping these can help me clean things out!

Thanks, this will help out a lot. You can organize the columns by exactly what you are looking for. Now it is time to load up the guild bank with all the lower level ingredients that I won't be needing.  Does any one need any ingredients for the sub V5 recipes?
