So I got tired of questing in VR zones and getting demolished by fire even with capped fire resist so I figured go get rid of my vampirism. I wish there was a disclaimer that warned me after paying the 600 gold you essentially lose all the points you had in the skill tree unless you spend alot of money and respec.
On top of that I guess the cure didn't work so great cause I still look like this lol
I think you look cool, hehe. As a side note - may i ask what addon you are using that gives all that info across the top of your screen? I want that one!

Yep Wykkds Bazgrims bar its really useful I especially like the horse timer, and haha yea I guess the angry looking red eyed dark elf does look cool in a way
Haha yea that's accurate being a max lvl enchanter has its perks huge time sink though lol I would have been at least v6+ if I wouldn't lose track of time selling glyphs and before I know it its time to log off lol
I think the respec would cost me roughly 15k it cost me about that much at v3 and I don't think I picked up many shards since then but of course ill have to drop another 15k now if I want 9 skills points back lol
The 1 upside I guess is I am still bitten apparently but not a full fledged vamp with the skill tree so it seems if I were to finish the quest again I have a timer running still of 3 days left till my next bite I guess I could bite someone and then go back to being a human for 600g
So after curing your vampire is it much easier for you to level at vr content?
Idk if it's all in my head lol but I definitely found it easier, if your a caster dk your range isn't that long to begin with and if by some chance you miss blocking a power attack from a mob there goes like 2/3 of your hp lol
One time I actually got knocked into the air and as soon as I landed a archer mob aoed that area before I could get up and I died, I just stared at my screen like you've got to be kidding me lol
After getting rid of the vampirism I also switched my off spec to sword and shield and I still wear light armor but with razor armor my spell resist and armor are both soft capped at all times now Im not having much trouble at all. Using the destro staff is always a little tricky depending on the mob group your fighting.
If I were a sorc I'd definitely stay a vampire cause with their passive along with akavari set and the vampire ulti cost reduction the vampire bat swarm ultimate costs 10 points basically making the ulti spammable.
I'm running Wykkyd Framework too, great addon, but my display line is so much less awesome than Vexor's.
