Gulid Chat Names

Anyone know of an addon that sets guild chat to display character names, or at least the combination of character name and user name?

I'm hoping that we see an add-on that accomplishes this in the future (or better yet, Zenimax steps up and does it in a patch).  In Chat and through whispering, it's not a huge issue, but in a group/raid setting, things might get a bit confusing :)
