error 103 of doom

just got home from work and been trying to login for about 30 mins now and just get a 103 error code saying i dont have access to the server. i've already read that due to high volume try again in 10 mins but looks like the volume is higher than "high" cause i can't get in yet lol. hope that is the only problem i'm having...also seems fishy that my client still says "welcome to eso beta". btw i am NOT using the pts build, i already deleted that one and reinstalled the beta client a couple days ago and patched it so i would be ready to go today(or so i thought). does it say "welcome to beta" for anyone else under announcements  on the client or is my launcher somehow not patching all the way?

Make sure you have selected Elder Scrolls Online (NA) on the Launcher when you log on. Only thing I can think of. I just logged on to see if I could and no problem. Hope you can join us soon.

WoW  that is it! i mean i already saw elder scrolls online (na) on the left when i start launcher. i had no idea i have to click that to select it since that is the only option on the left...lol. thank you, it looks like it is doing another patch now after all...lol. maybe i'm just being a blonde but that seems a little tricky out of the box hehe. i would have obviously selected (na) if there was an (eu) as well! anywho thanks again for the response and help ;)
