I am in the starter city for Ebonhart Pact, and I forgot where the NPC is for the starter islands. Does anyone know?
The NPC's name is Riurik. He is halfway between the Rededication Shrine and Artisan's row.
He's on a stone balcony overlooking the docks.
Are you sure the NPC is still by the docks? I heard he got moved to the area where you first enter the city via the prophet. But I forgot where where I first entered the city.
Once you complete the tutorial, you end up in a small house. Exit the house and go down the stairs. Turn right. The closest NPC who offers a quest will be about 20 yards in front of you, standing by a lamp. That NPC gives you the quest to go back to the starter island. Once you have that quest, you can follow the quest marker down towards the docks and speak to the NPC who will transport you to the starter island.
The person down by the docks is a nord looking lady who gives a boat ride
