Hey folks, I was in the pioneer program for a couple weeks before, unfortunately, I was rather suddenly hospitalized for quite a while. I just got back to a spot where I can get online, and when I went to preorder, it seems like my account was deleted, no evidence of my email being used, only my username. Did they change the account system at any point? Did you have to update anything? Ultimately, I want to know if my username is lost and if I have to create a new account. I've sent in a support ticket, but haven't gotten a response, and don't want to miss out on the early access with the rest of yall.
