Might make it on time

I've had a ton of weird errors since mid-March with downloading and patching beta and PTS.  I have an escalated ticket to figure out why I suddenly started having issue and have sent a slew of data at them in the process.

That being said, we are still working on it and with my slow download speeds that don't help, we shall soon see if I manage to get in this game at all.  I've been pretty frustrated.

Good note, even if it is taking a long time and it finally escalated today, the person I worked with has been helpful.  I did have to bust on him on the phone though for over trying with some of his tips.  He was grasping at straws for a bit as much as I was.  Phone calls definitely helped.

So I've been doing downloads even as they change things just so we can try to figure out what is going on.  

Main theory is that one of Molag Bal's scamps is running rampant to mess up my system.  Maybe he is made I beat him in testing.  HA HA!

I am crossing my fingers that you get it all worked out before launch.  Those scamps are such a pain!

Well, it is escalated and I'm actually getting to know the ins and outs of how this whole thing downloads and applies itself and where.  

Currently working on a cleaned up - deleted even things I did not think to delete in the launcher folder as suggested by support - and we shall see what happens now.  Of course, my copper DSL only knows how to crawl, but at least the crazy erros of corrupt data and webget failures are history.  I just need to hope the Unknown Error, stops showing up.  It's such an unhelpfully named error.  HA!

This has been pretty stressful, but at least they are working to be helpful even if I have to ask them questions wondering what they are really up to at times.  At least they are a crew that can put up with a customer who is just about losing her mind on this.  Would not have been so bad if it didn't also totally screw up the PTS with a patch shortly after it messed up the beta.

Hope it all works out for you Briseadh! I know you must be beyond frustrated as we get closer to start. :(
