From what I can gather there will be more to patch on Thursday. Nothing to say how much but only to do it early.  There will be a lot of non beta folks downloading both the client and the patch so unless you want to be in the traffic jam the earlier the better.  There is a lot more info on the last link as to when you will be able to claim pets, treasure maps ect. As far as I can see the only things you will be able to use in the early access are the horse and the rings of Mara.

It might be a good idea to launch the client at least once a day starting Thursday.  I plan to launch it Saturday evening too to catch any last patches.

Then we'll see what happens Sunday morning.  

Oooh... Now I gota have a cannoli... But, I'm about 1200 miles from the Meadowlands and I don't think I'll find a cannoli anytime soon! lol :D

The patch download is up. Mine took 38 minutes

Just finished downloading that patch now, and it actually let me hit PLAY on the launcher and go to the account login screen (at which point it choked and told me the server wasn't available for play yet). But hey, even staring at the login screen and listening to the music feels like progress! xD
