I'll be going Altmer. Do you start in Roost or Bleakrock? Obviously have the pre-order any race/any alliance option. Just not sure if race or faction dictates where you start if you cross alliances with your racial choice.

If you have the pre-order bonus and you make an Altmer into the Ebonheart Pact, you will start in the Ebonheart Pact starter area, following their quest lines.
Thanks Kitty. I was hoping for a different answer as the AD has the best starter area by far IMO.
Well, you start based on the Alliance you put your toon in. If you preordered you can put any race in any alliance.
For ease of not fighting ourselves in AvA, there will be an announcement of which campaign each alliance will be in for Gaiscioch. The only issue with campaigns is that they can fill up, so hopefully we find ones that work for us. I know we'll figure it out because we always do even if we hit a few bumps along the way in any game we played.
Even if Ebonhart Pact is our main aim, we believe also in the play as you want and as long as you want.
Every character gets to see ALL of the PvE in all three but it's after 50 in the veteran ranks your story and quests take you to the other lands, so you will eventually get to see all of it even if you only make one toon and explore along through the world and do your full story line.
