Moddable UI

This could be common knowledge but I haven't seen mentioned the fact that the ESO UI supports mods. I was checking out esohead.com and noticed they have a UI site at esoui.com.

I have mixed feelings about this. There are a lot of positives about a stable UI that you don't need to think about and that just works all the time. Generally, though, I like being able to mod my UI. The main frustration with modding comes from keeping them up to date and the fact that so many of them break on patch day. Generally if your guild has plans to raid or do anything major and a patch drops that basically kills your plans until the authors update their mods to work with the patch.

The UI uses similar LUA build stuff so you are going to see UI mods similar to WoW and bringing that kind of community in there will be many choices and updates. There is always change but that is part of the fun.

Some mods are useful for all guildies to have running.  I'm sure a mod we all use could prove useful in tracking guild activities, or an in game calendar mod, etc.  Lots of possibilities.   

And even better if a guildie were to make the mod and keep it updated.

The Raid mod is useful, you can see more people, their Magicka and Stamina. Theres one to get information to ESOHead too. It's up to you choose if you want to play with them or not.

Tesotools also have some modding started.
