Bard/Minstrel?

So they released an image. I am wondering if it is just an NPC Bard/Skald/Minstrel. I've played the Elder Scrolls games in the past. A player can't play as a bard, however, if I can play a bard online, I would be so happy. I just want to be able to mezz people/creatures again. ^_^

The Lord of the Rings online is the only game I have seen so far where you can play a Minstrel ^_^

You and me both mate.....you and me both lol!!  You can play a Bard in Dark Age of Camelot ....it's an older game but I payed a bard there since release.  You can be a bard in Rift too as well as Vanguard.

Eq2 has Bards as well, Troubs and Dirges (I am leveling a dirge atm).

I think that's a High Elf playing dueling banjos.  You wanna kill that guy not be him. heh

DAOC had Bards and Minstrels

Bard is always my favorite class in MMOs. EQ1 and Vanguard had my favorite versions of a Bard.
