After action report of the Hel Ra run - ideas, suggestions and other things (8/16/15)

Ok here we go,

1. We are getting the first boss down really well.

2. The left hand side of the second boss is getting better, the right side is also getting better but we need to work on the interupt and dance move a little more with the red circles from the boss. Here is a question - would a range interrupt be better and then you can dps and see the circles better.

3. Everyone needs at least 20,000 in health with food or potions. This will make you less squishy.

4. The nova drops 1,2 and 3 were good.

5. We are getting better and don't lose faith or get frustrated. We can do this!!!

Definitely better for sure.  Things to note:

1) If not assigned to drop a Nova or Veil in a fight, definitely due not hold back the ultimates.

2) timing of nova's wasn't too bad, but can be coordinated further.  The first one goes down, as soon as it dissipates the 2nd should be called out.  We don't want to waste them all at once.

3) If we have NBs they can be assigned to drop Veils with the Novas for further umph.

4) Get that bash on a fast hotkey to help interrupt because ability won't always cut it.  Interrupt as soon as the arm starts going up.  You will see the red lines radiating out of them as soon as they start.

Trials can be a real trial, but let's do our best to have fun even if we are still learning and definitely not elitists.  (good thing)  So let's remember we are all at different stages and help each other to be a cohesive team regardless of what we are facing in the game.

everyone take pride in the fact that we dropped 1st boss with only one death, remember a couple weeks ago we wiped repeatedly on him, that's progress

Left side fantastic job after the inadvertent Horn blowing.  you guys really have it goin' on. 

Right side, we did better than ever, improvement is improvement.  things to consider; bash always works as an interrupt, bash your flame guy if he looks like he's thinking about raising his arm, 5th DPS'er need to get rez off asap...if someone is down their flame guy is not getting bashed...but bash takes priority over a partial rez, Ultimates normally would be dropped on the boss but we should consider dropping them on the flame spinners instead...at least till we get our rhythm down.

Ya ya it was me I blow the Horn only after Verve sent me a whisper to blow it, so I did. But we did kill all of the stuff on the left side.

I think dropping them on the spinners was helpful at least until we learn the dance better.  We are improving which is a good sign.
