Earning Fellowship points

Hello fellow guildies!

I recently started playing ESO and would love to earn some fellowship points and just be more all around active within the guild.   Unfortunately, I noticed that all ESO guild activities are geared toward higher level characters (I am only lvl 10).  Any suggestions ?  Should i just solo grind until I catch up to everyone else? Should I organize my own events (even though i have little experience at it).

Part of the issue you are having is because as people leveled up, interest in lower level runs dwindled down and not enough people were showing up to have the event. 

Couple of options for you:

Some of the posted events while they may appear to be higher level, may be able to take lower level players along (the morning regular undaunted runs, some of the AVA for example) If level restrictions are not posted. then ask the event leaders and they will let you know if there are level restrictions.

You can always organize your own events, although I believe you have to participate in some events before you can post to lead one. If you ask some of the higher ranking people, they may be able to help you set up some runs.

Impromptu runs, as long as you have 4 or more guild members in the group, can also be claimed for participation.   So shout out in guild (or get on Vox) if you want to start an unscheduled run and you may be able to get enough people together. 

Lets put some lower level runs together, what play times are you available? 

in the past we have done zone/map clears (all delves, bosses, and dolmens), also we can just do all Ebonhart dolmens and bosses in one run, or a bunch of group dungeons, what would you like and when?  all 16 4-man dungeons can be completed during Undaunted silver key runs, any level toons are welcome.

Regarding impromptu runs, if we are able to get 4 guild members together  and run a group dungeon, maybe a public dungeon, how do we claim Fellowship Points?  I noticed that under Member Information there is a Fellowship page that describes some point values for specific objectives.  Do we just award each other these points as well as we can?

I'm up for any lowbie runs.  Live in the Central time zone and am usually available for evening runs.  On weekends I can also make myself available during the day.  I have small kids, and sometime have night outs with the wife, but generally I can plan around scheduled runs no problem.  Currently Imperial Templar lvl 10, so can tank.   I have downloaded Vox, just an FYI.

Any Family member rank Lorgair and above can schedule, lead, and post an event.  Lorgair is fairly to obtain.  If four Family members spend time doing pretty much any activity, it can be posted/claimed.  If you have any questions about leading or posting an event, just ask in GameVox.

Starting 10 Aug, my playtime will shift to evening.  I'll schedule (weekday) daily 4-man dungeon runs and plan on putting together some Public events, inviting the entire zone to participate.

Thursday night im running on black water blade. Will probably  be a handful of us. Come join me for soke fun in cyrodiil.

Thanks for the replies all. I am typically on in the evening 10-12 EST put the nights vary since I am entering into a new semester (I work at the local university and August is crazy). I enjoy any and all lowbie runs just to do them. If I am on, please ask away and I will be happy to join you.
