My enchanter is only rank 18, potency improvement level 4.  Been thinking of a good way to level my enchanting level.

Finding someone in similar level and help each other out is workable, but not very efficient.   Because enchanting is kind of different from other crafts, in that by not making higher level glyphs, we are wasting the good aspect runes.

So ideally it would be great to find someone that can make the highest possible level of glyphs to make glyphs for lower level enchanters to decon, but then it will be become a bother to the higher level enchanter if getting bunches of this type of requests all the time.

So I think the best way is to request through GSCH market system, a lower level enchanter request some glyphs that the higher level enchanters can make while providing the required runes.  So that the higher level enchanters do get some reward in family vault credits, and can pick up the requests at their leisure.  And if you don't have the higher level potency runes, you can as well request them through the GSCH market, they are not as high in demand as the good aspect runes.

To this end, I am wondering what's the potency improvement level of our higher level enchanters that are willing to help on this, so that I can post requests of proper level.

I can of course just post a few requests and wait and see, but I like to get this idea out to hopefully help other low level enchanters in similar situation.

There are multiple people who can make the rank 10-12 glyphs including myself as of today.

Yes, VR10-12. I would, conservatively, say that there are around 10 people who can make high level glyphs given my own order history and people I have spoken to.

I would suggest that you crack open all the whites you find. Use greens for your gear while leveling. Find a partner with whom you can swap blue glyphs at your maximum crafting level. Save purples and golds for end game.

You should also find a node harvesting route to support your need for aspect runes. Starter zones are great because the respawn is fast and you can get all 5 varieties of aspects even in low level zones. You also might consider making some dummy characters to fill out your 8 character slots. These characters should be leveled to crafting rank 12 by deconning your trash woodworking, blacksmithing and clothing gear. 12 is the magic number because that is when you can get the improved hireling. Do the same for Enchanting though you might consider getting only the base hireling to save mats for your true enchanter. This way once a day you will have a chance of getting aspects for free.

I would also consider buying green and maybe blue runes from the auction house of your guilds. I am in 3 trading guilds, plus the two Gaiscioch guilds, so that's 5 places to find people unloading cheap glyphs. Don't spend more than a few hundred gold on anything.

As far as ordering on the site goes, I find that ordering max level blue glyphs are the best value for your FVC. Of course purples and golds yield more crafting xp, but they cost significantly more FVC. I am unsure if this holds up when you supply your own mats. Maybe experiment for yourself. Also know that the recipes haven't been updated yet for rescaling that happened with patch 1.12. The glyphs that say they are for VR8-10 are actually monumental glyphs since they use Cura and Kede potency runes. I have been working up the motivation to fix existing recipes and add all the missing ones.

And good luck. Even with these tips, it's going to take you a while. Find a partner.

@Cariance

Thanks for the tips.  I am doing a bit of everything that I can.  Will write something in more details later so as to give some reference for lower level enchanters.

I have just joined an enchanters guild, easier to buy glyphs off the guild store and find folks looking to exchange glyphs.  This probably going to help a lot down the road.

Still have a need for people to input their recipes so people can claim them.
